Troy Williams is an accomplished manager of not-for-profit associations and professional institutes, recognised for his ability to grow organisations and increase stakeholder participation.

He is the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Dental Industry Association, the national body representing the dental trade an service sector. He has held other appointments including CEO of the Australian Institute of Building, a professional institute that is incorporated by Royal Charter. He has also served as Deputy Executive Director of the Fire Protection Association Australia and as CEO of the Community Titles Institute Queensland.

Troy has held directorships of the Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF) and the former Property Services Industry Training Advisory Board (PSITAB). He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
